specially seasoned loin medallions with peppers and onions in a tomato flavored brown sauce. Served with mushroom risotto and vegetable.
Chicken Breast Lorraine
boneless breast stuffed with a bread, carmelized onion, mushroom, and Swiss cheese filling wrapped with crisp bacon. Served with butternut squash and carrots and a Marsala sauce.

served with mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
